A versatile television writer, Ted’s episode of DECEPTION (Tyrone Productions/TV3) won the Writers Guild of Ireland Award for best TV script. Past credits include 3 series as co-lead writer of BALLYKISSANGEL, over 200 episodes of FAIR CITY (RTE), episodes of THE CLINIC and HOLBY CITY, as well as MCCREADY AND DAUGHTER, BADGER and ROUGH DIAMOND for the BBC. Ted was also part of the core writing team for Company Pictures/Element series RED ROCK. Previously, he created Irish television’s first successful sitcom, UPWARDLY MOBILE, which topped the Irish ratings for 5 years; and created and wrote 4 x 60-minute drama HIDE AND SEEK for director Dearbhla Walsh. Ted has recently been developing a new drama series with Green Pavilion Entertainment.
