Rebecca is an Edinburgh-based writer for radio, television and online content. Her writing for radio includes DEAD RINGERS, THE NOW SHOW, BREAKING THE NEWS, NEWSJACK, DMs ARE OPEN, the UNITED NATIONS OF NEWS pilot with Ria Lina, and NOISING UP. For children’s television, she is a commissioned writer for HORRIBLE HISTORIES and additional TV work includes BREAKING THE YEAR and the BREAKING THE NEWS CHILDREN IN NEED SPECIAL. She writes and produces sketches for BBC THE SOCIAL and has written and produced material for BBC SHORT STUFF. In 2021, she was the co-winner of the Sitcom Geek Making A Scene Of It competition, and is the current winner of the David Nobbs New Comedy Writing Competition. Rebecca also writes and performs sketches as one half of comedy duo Bonnie and Clydeside.
