Tim became famous as one of The Goodies – with Bill Oddie and Graeme Garden, creating several tv series, books, hit records, and multiple successful tours (including two to Australia in 2005, the Edinburgh Fringe in 2006, and a UK tour in 2007). Other television appearances included BANANAMAN, YOU MUST BE THE HUSBAND, ME AND MY GIRL, GOLF CLUBS WITH TIM BROOKE-TAYLOR, and guest appearances in DOCTORS, HEARTBEAT, BULL, CELEBRITY MASTERCHEF, POINTLESS CELEBRITIES, CROSSROADS, ABSOLUTE POWER, and ONE FOOT IN THE GRAVE; Tim also hosted BBC1’s ANIMAL ANTICS and co-hosted Channel 4’s quiz show BEAT THE NATION. For radio, Tim starred in Radio 4’s award-winning I’M SORRY I HAVEN’T A CLUE for nearly 50 years from its launch in 1972, as well as contributing to I’M SORRY I’LL READ THAT AGAIN and HELLO CHEEKY. His stage appearances included THE PHILANTHROPIST and THE UNVARNISHED TRUTH in the West End, PRIVATES ON PARADE in Australia, and tours of THE LADYKILLERS, WHY ME and BEDSIDE MANNERS. His books include RULE BRITANNIA, TIM BROOKE-TAYLOR’S CRICKET BOX and TIM BROOKE-TAYLOR’S GOLF BAG.
